Sarah Ongley
Sarah provides straightforward advice and representation for both employers and employees on all employment law-related matters, including disciplinary processes, dismissals, personal grievances, investigations, contractual disputes, restructuring and redundancy.
In contentious matters, her focus is always on resolution at an early stage in order to avoid the stress and expense of a hearing.
Sarah has 20 years’ post-qualification experience and broad advocacy experience including regular mediations. She has represented clients in the Employment Relations Authority, District and High Courts of New Zealand, Employment Court and in the London Fitness to Practice Panels on behalf of the UK General Medical Council.
