Frances Iggulden
Frances was born and raised in Taranaki. In 2009 she graduated from the University of Otago with an LLB / BCom. She was admitted to the bar in the High Court at New Plymouth that same year.
After beginning her career in general litigation in Taranaki, Frances moved to Auckland in 2012 and focused her practice on criminal law. During this period she worked with a number of well-regarded criminal barristers with file review, preparation and appearing in the District Court and High Court for pre-trial hearings, trials and sentencing. The charges included serious violent offending, fraud, sexual offending and Class A and B drug offending.
Since 2019 Frances has specialised in parole law including appearing before the New Zealand Parole Board, District Court and High Court for parole related matters. In that time she has appeared at hundreds of parole hearings.
Frances will work together with you, your whānau, your key support people and your prison case manager to ensure all options are explored and advanced for you.
