Dale practices in both criminal and civil law, specialising in complex cases.
He has appeared in a broad range of criminal cases, including those involving allegations of murder, drug manufacture/importation, sexual violation, serious violence, and fraud. He has conducted numerous jury trials and hearings.
Dale has appeared in many civil proceedings relating to regulatory breaches, discipline, employment, proceeds of crime, judicial review and claims under the Bill of Rights Act.
Prior to becoming a barrister sole, Dale worked at a number of reputable law firms. His most recent role was as a senior Crown prosecutor for the Auckland Crown Solicitor.
Dale also works with various sports organisations.
